Tasmanian Manuka Honey is produced from the nectar of Manuka (Leptospermum scoparium), a flowering species found in remote parts of Tasmania as well as New Zealand.

Known for its strong, earthy flavour, Tasmanian Manuka is enjoyed for both its distinctive eating quality and its naturally occurring MGO content.

Blue Hills carefully tests and measures the MGO content of its Manuka honey so the level can be identified on the jar.
